My biggest regert this year would probably be my enthusiasm to bring in Leftwich. I thought he was an ascending coach, who would be a great fit to build and grow alongside TLaw. First nail was TB opting to hire Bowles and not Lefty, and man, that offense looks rough this season. We dodged a major bullet there.

I'll take some Crow. I thought Baalke was hot garbage. But he's done okay. I'm glad to be wrong. Hopefully Salary cap doesn't become a concern, though.

I was wrong about Trent Baalke.

Mine doesn't involve the Jaguars, and I've already admitted I was incorrect. But last year I thought Hurts was an overrated piece of garbage.

That one isn't too bad. There is no way to know how someone "working hard" on their craft would pay off in the modern NFL. Remember all those times BB5 worked with specialists in the offseason?
