Tebow is trying out for Baseball

#21

Quote:Minor League Clubs don't sign ANY players. All the players are signed and chosen by the Major League team who supplies players (for free) to the Minor League clubs.

Independent League teams  (not associated with a major league club) sign their own players and I would be stunned if Tebow didn't get an offer from them just for the publicity.  I would be surprised if Tebow played Independent ball.
Either way, I'm glad he is not a Jacksonville Sun at this point.

Worst to 1st.  Curse Reversed!

Tebow is trying out for some Revenue regardless of where it comes from. He should've accepted the Canadian offer...

I'm glad hes in no way affiliated with Jacksonville sports. It's not him, he seems like a decent guy, but hes an easy guy to hate because of the obnoxious people that will, to this day, stand on a table and scream that hes a winner and a playoff-winning QB, and that the real reason he's not in the league has more to do with his (expletive) religious beliefs than his general lack of football skills.

Pound sand! Demaryius took a crappy thrown quick slant for 80 yards, and Willis McGahee literally left his knee caps on the field to beat the Steelers in the playoffs.

Never understood why he refused to play any other position in football. Dude is a physical specimen and a great athlete. He laughed at the idea of moving to FB or TE. Heck, put him at LB. No, his ego was too high and HAS to be a QB. He was even offered to play in the CFL or maybe even AFL. No no, has to play QB in the NFL! Now he is playing baseball? Makes no sense to me. Dude wants attention like there is no other.

Shouldn't this be in the "All Sports Forum"?

Have you seen my baseball?

He's gonna bat like .100, but all of his hits will be game winning home runs.

LOL.  Wait until he finds out the "A" teams don't travel by jet.

When you get into the endzone, act like you've been there before.

He hit a home run, this proves once and for all that he has what it takes. Sign him as QB and fly him straight to London and start him on Sunday.

So glad he might have a chance in the minor leagues, get him officially(hopefully) away from the NFL and football. Good luck to him.
