Will Myles Jack get any snaps at RB or WR?

#21

Because having a rookie that you want to really learn the positions of the defense as the captain of the defense is not enough as it is amirite?

Lets let him develop and learn his LB spot first.

OK, snaps at RB is a legit question since he played that in college. Even though we have yeldon and ivory.

But lol at snaps at WR.

I hope he never takes a offensive snap in Jacksonville

Nah would rather those offensive reps go towards Bortles to Arob learning that fade.

I hope the injury fears go away, so that after a year or two, maybe we reconsider. But I agree that it's vital for him to be healthy at LB.

See I don't really have any injury concerns as far as re-injuring his knee. It was a meniscus and its healed. Regardless of whether its degenerative to cause micro down the line, a couple snaps here or there at rb isn't going to speed that up.

I'm more concerned with taking reps away of him mastering our defense and becoming our Ray Lewis.

Quote:Yes. He is also in set to to line up as QB in the 2 point conversion Wildcat, be Gunner on punts, onside kick specialist, and will be main fill-in to sing the National Anthem if someone cancels at the last minute.

Quote:His knee is going to explode sooner than expected with all this usage.

Maybe, just maybe, we should hold off on backup anthem singer then....

Quote:I doubt they expose him to injury potential by doing that this year.

Maybe a gimmick play or two down the road.

I don't see them putting unnecessary risk on a guy they're hanging so much hope on.

Never argue with idiots. They drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

Tyson Alualu is somewhere feeling queasy right now. How dare you suggest someone else eating into his vital gains-returning snaps on O?

we need to limit his defensive plays so we can get him in the backfield with Yeldon and Ivory.

he could be up there with D. Robinson and be listed as the next OW

my guess is no

I doubt it. He was drafted to make the defense more explosive and quicker. Not to play utility man on offense. Every now and then if the offense is struggling to punch it in at the goal line with Ivory or Yeldon they might be desperate enough to test him there for fun. But I hope for his development sake they just leave the kid alone at linebacker and let him adjust to it.
