If you think telvin and hurns better than blake then i got to question your credibility. If you think i'm wrong the player rankings  feel the same way.

His credibility or opinion? People are entitled to those right? I bet u didnt see that he rank Bortles #1 for this season... Bortles was pretty good last year but he wasnt our most productive player... All alot of u guys do is just look at the stats... But do yall remember the games?

Do yall remember the costly turnovers, fumbles, or untimely sack.. I am huge Bortles fan.. I think he will be great.. But lets not crown him soo fast.. We still need to make the playoffs..

Actually, he had Blake #1 for the 2017 season and my opinion stands that he's better than the other people he as listed besides Allen Robinson. See people like you quick to point out the negatives when it comes to Blake but not appreciate the great plays he made throughout last season despite having the worst defense in Jaguars history, poor offensive line and suspect running back play when yeldon didn't play. Lets not put us not going to the playoffs as well on Blake when we all know it takes a complete team to achieve that goal. If you don't believe me then how can anyone explain Drew Brees, Matthew Stafford, Eli Manning, and Matt Ryan didn't make the playoffs as well unless this standard only applies to Blake which isn't right. Oh by the way the QB's i just named they didn't have a good defense as well so it just might be crazy to think a good defense along with a good qb have a correlatiion to team success. Just Saying

Blake needs to be better and i believe he will be better but so does everybody else around him in order for this team to achieve the ultimate goal.

You can't put any player who hasn't played a down in the NFL in the top 10 right now. End of season, yea, most likely. But you can't put them there now.

Seahawks probably put Aaron Curry as their #1 player when he was drafted....

Blake will continue to get better, I have no doubt about that. He has the "look" of a guy that can play elite. I think he'll get there.

As the team around him starts to get more talented (look at the defensive overhaul already), the wins will start coming more frequently.

Yeah i agree a good defense is important to a teams success, equally important as it is to have a good qb... Look im not tryna argue with u.. Bortles made great plays last season... He also made bone headed plays too.. I believe he will learn from those mistakes and be better then last season.. We as fans of the jags cant forget we are all on the same side...

Oh yeah i'm with you brother we're all on the same side but i guess my expectations for a qb is different than from some people on here base on my personal experience dealing with the leftwich, garrard, henne, and gabbert era. Although i had my original point against the jaglou53 i got much love for him, you and any other person who loves our team because believe it or not we're in this together.

Your personal experience? Did you know them or you're just like everyone else on here and you watched them play?

I'm just glad that any of us can come up with a list of ten players and then others think a player was "left off" of the list.

Two years ago the bottom half of the list would be guys I just "hoped" would turn out to be decent contributors.  I have a lot more confidence in the names folks are posting in this thread than those guys.

3 - Mojo

4 - Blackmon

5 - Lewis

6 - Shorts

7 - Meester

8 - Babin

9 - Miller

10 - Henne? Scobee?

Gotta exclude the guys who haven't taken a snap yet, so I'd have to go;

1. Allen Robinson

2. Malik Jackson

3. Blake Bortles

4. Tyshaun Gipson

5. Julius Thomas

6. Allen Hurns

7. Telvin Smith

8. Sen'Derrick Marks

9. Chris Ivory

10. Davon House

LEONARD FOURNETTE FAN CLUB PRESIDENT. I WAS BEHIND HIM WHEN YOU ALL SAID HE WAS BRANDON JACOBS. QUIT HATING ON THE JAGUARS. GUS IS GONE. COUGHLIN HAS RESTORED ORDER. FOURNETTE IS FRED TAYLOR. DONT BELIEVE ME JUST WATCH.

This is the most spot on one I've seen. Maaaaybe House over Ivory but that's splitting hairs.

Can't believe no one has Beachum on their list. He was so darn good in 2014 and on his way to an even better 2015 through the 6 games before his injury.

He'd probably be like 4th or 5th on my list.

I think because he's the unknown at this point especially coming off a knee injury.

I put rookies on my top 10. Just wanted to point out that I understand what you're saying though.
