I agree 1000% with SuperJville,

 

I'm no fan of the on the job training for rookies being converted from other positions. I think we had to do a lot of that on the last couple of years but we should be beyond that. It's OK to take a flier on a guy as a UDFA and take a look but the experienced coaching staff should be able to render a quick decision.

 

FWIW (nothing), I saw nothing in either Marshall or Grant but I did like Tripp.

I think Marshall can develop behind Ramsey. If he can play special teams and contribute. The dB group is deep all of a sudden.
