A 4.9 40 is concerning.  I like Ragland better.  I know folks don't like the "old school" label.  I personally love it...  Means he's a hitter with a mean streak, in my mind.

 

Ragland's showing a 4.6 40 on NFL.com.  I think that's pretty acceptable if you consider his other attributes...   I still would rather prefer a pass rushing DE...  But hey, Ragland is a 2nd rounder I wouldn't be upset with if his name is called...

Yes to both. Perry is my favorite LB left. Jones at 69 would be very solid too.
