Great article (by Jason La canfora) about the crybaby known as Sam Bradford
|
Quote:You said his numbers weren't "good" so I compared his numbers to a known elite. It's not all about numbers (his aren't even good), have you ever watched him play? He's a dink and dunk QB that struggles with accuracy, especially down the field. He's worse version of Ryan Tannehill. We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today!

He's worse version of Ryan Tannehill. You're missing my point. I'm not disagreeing that he's a lower tier qb. I'm saying, by the numbers only, he could be considered "good" depending on what your definition is. Before his last ACL he had 14tds to 4 ints. That's pretty good.
IT WAS ALWAYS THE JAGS
Sam Bradford is not good and never will be good. He will never win a championship unless he gets one like MarkB for the Saints.

You're missing my point and the point of the article, Sam Bradford isn't good, at all. I don't care what his numbers are. He's a certified bust that has inexplicably collected $100M from two NFL franchises, both of which had to mortgage their futures to trade up in this years draft to the correct the mistake in investing draft capital in Sam Bradford. He has no right to be "mad" given the situation, does Sam Bradford honestly think he's played well? If he does then I want what he's smoking, at the end of the day he needs to look himself i the mirror and realize he's fortunate to be in this situation, how many certified bust have collected $100M? He'll obviously start for Phly this year because Wentz isn't ready to play, if Bradford plays well he'll likely get a nice contract next year, have enough confidence to bet on yourself and be thankful for the opportunity and monies Phly has invested in you.
Multiple acls ruined his career he was selected over Stafford for a reason though I think they both suck idc how many times Stafford goes over 5000 yards imo he's a bum but the year they were drafted they were "the best qbs since peyton" they were givin sum of the last crazy rookie money not his fault the rams paid a franchise rookie qb what was expected at the time he was just robbed of the experience he needed to eventually become what he was drafted as an the first two years when he wasn't on ir the rams couldn't field a team to saves their lives an I don't think hes ever had a legit no. 1 wr though I don't like him he's got excuses

Stop saying whatever stupid thing you're talking about and pay attention to all the interesting things I have to say!

Quote:Bradford sucks. Sucked in college too. Dont care about his numbers, he looks scared and indecisive and has a wet noodle arm. ![]() Damn wet noodle arm

Quote: Sam Bradford probably has made the most money in NFL history per win. Though it's understandable Bradford is upset about what transpired regarding the Eagles trade with the Browns, if he's invested his money well, he's in great shape financially. Bradford would be far better off being a total team player with the Eagles. That by itself would increase his trade value. He could have put every dollar he made under his mattress and would be fine - no investing required. He could have put aside half of his earnings to use as fire kindling and toilet paper in case he ever ran out, and he'd be okay. One of the luckiest athletes in the world - to have hit it rich in what (I believe) was the last draft without a rookie wage scale, and then still be landing boatloads of guaranteed money despite a very ho-hum career.
Quote:Aaron Rodgers 2015: Completely agree with your point here. Bradford is okay. He never did live up to the billing, but that was mostly due to injuries. I am not of the opinion that he will magically become an elite QB, but hes not a total bust. He was, however, the epitomy of why the rookie scale had to come in. If he had been on it, his fate would look much more like RG3 than it did. Yes, it's improvement, but it's Blaine Gabbert 2012 level improvement. - Pirkster The Home Hypnotist! Lol,they offered you a 2 year deal, what did you expect???

What a baby, this guy is the opposite of a competitor.
Eagles coach Doug Pederson says he's yet to have contact with Sam Bradford since the quarterbacks' trade request. Pouting Sam remains inconsolable, even after the Broncos' selection of Payton Lynch took them off the board of potential suitors. The reality is, Bradford has nowhere to go, and will be in Philadelphia competing with Carson Wentz and Chase Daniel this season. The sooner he realizes that, the better. The Eagles could have handled the situation better, but Bradford is well compensated. This is life in the NFL for mediocre quarterbacks. Apr 30 - 8:19 PM

He's dug himself a monstrous hole in Philly. Those fans are going to crucify him if he plays QB for them. And what are the Eagles thinking? Tying up some huge money in him and Chase Daniel, then trading away a ton of draft capital for a QB from ND St? They deserve each other but the fans deserve better.

Philly fans are by far the worst in the US and they are proud of it to boot. They deserve a crap team and they are going to get it. We show less advertisements to registered users. Passionate, half-crazy fans of one of the oldest franchises in the NFL who pack the Linc for every home game and fervently support their team deserve a good team, IMO. Win or lose, they are in the stadium and talking Eagles in every bar and workplace.
