Totally thought this guy was Benn at first. Which I'm glad it was not him just on the basis that when Benn does stay healthy I hope he is still here so we can see what he really has.
Damien Copeland ....thought he had a chance coming into last camp, and then fell onto IR, again. Availability over (potential) ability.
Damien's gone? Oh man... there goes our SB hopes.
J/K I guess it's time for a new WR ranking with Copeland no longer here...

Quote:Lee should be over Greene and when did we resign Walters? Walters is under contract through this season I believe.
IT WAS ALWAYS THE JAGS
I didn't realize he was still on the roster

If you don't know who he was in the first place, and he was cut, does that still count?

If I am Brklyn, I would be crying about how the Jags let an all-pro slip through their grasp. I think I have this thing figured out. It wasn't all that complicated to begin with. Oh, I have to be sure that I maintain that I am a true fan that is just "keeping it real" or something like that......

You were correct about the division Damian Copeland would land in and that Copeland's signing was related to a previous connection. In this case not a college QB but a key Personnel individual with Jaguars connections ( Kyle O' Brien ). Lions sign WR Damian Copeland, cut OG Andrew Zeller http://www.freep.com/story/sports/nfl/li.../85565466/
Quote:Who is this to make room for? Back when the Jaguars released Damian Copeland at the end of March, they were well under the 90 man maximum roster amount.

Quote:I like Walters over Benn. I dunno. Benn looked really good all throughout camp and preseason last year before he broke his collarbone. He most likely would've had the final WR spot and Walters would've been on the street if not for the injury. I think that final WR spot will be an interesting battle this year.
