Do we take another WR or RB in this draft?

Three opinions on the receiving corps:

 - Writing off Lee is insane.  He's got a lot to offer if he can find some durability. Big if? Sure, but he's in his rookie deal, and he'll continue to get chances.

 - Greene will likely be a fixture at slot for a long time to come. He's got great ability after the catch and is clearly a force in the return game.

 - Walters is great depth with dependable hands and will have a tough fight for #5 with Evans, Bailey, Sterling and Copeland.

If you buy these ^  opinions, it doesn't make much sense to take a receiver prior to rookie free agency unless there's an undeniable steal sitting there in round 6 or 7.

This is a good year to need a running back in the 4th round.

I'm a gator fan and Freddy was my favorite player growing up, but I absolutely don't want us to pick Kelvin up, he's not that fast and as soon as he is touched he immediately stops moving.

I remember watching his middle school and high school tape and thought he was gonna be an absolute stud.

I wouldn't mind him as a 7th round flyer, priority UDFA pick up. I wouldn't invest more than that though.

Green is my sleeper at RB in this year's draft.

I like Green in the 5th or Smallwood in the 6th if he's still there.  But I won't complain if they don't draft one at all.

Nope. Don't need them.

Who is backing up Yeldon?

What decent FA is coming here to backup Yeldon?

Doesn't matter unless they get LG/C sorted out.

And what the heck is "decent" anyway? RBs that no one cares about have breakouts all the time. No one knows which of the FA backs may be great next year. These guys fall off of cliffs and rise from the ashes without warning and the line often has a lot to do with it.

The line is the bigger priority. Add a late round pick or the best FA they can land and let camp sort them out.

I wouldn't be surprised if Gray ends up 2nd on the depth chart regardless.

I think it's not as simple as people are making it out. If running backs really just fell out of the sky we would have had a good one other than Yeldon by now.

You don't know that we don't already have one.

Grant or Gray could breakout and Lamar Miller could crash and burn for all you know.

You just really want to see them draft a RB and its inflating your perception of need at the position.

I still don't mind the idea of taking one in the fifth or sixth round.

No problem with taking a running back after the 5th round. It wouldn't hurt to find someone to compete with Gray, Robinson and Grant. As far as receivers, it would be a waste to draft one. This is the team's deepest position. In addition, I wouldn't draft a tight end either since it looks like they are trying to re-sign Lewis. Thomas, Lewis and Harbor are a solid group and the team has many greater needs.

A lot of folks assuming Robinson will make the team.

You think?  I've seen a lot of folks assuming he'll make it to camp but no guarantees beyond that and even more folks calling him "gone."

I can only assume so, given the number of posts I see with "adding to the stable of x, y, Robinson, and z," and those thinking we don't need an RB at all.

Yeldon needs a backup, and I would rather that not be Robinson or Gerhart.

That means we've got to add new blood.
