The unfortunate reality is RG3 never recovered from the knee injury he suffered in his rookie season.   He doesn't have the passing skills to compensate.

He wasn't ever big enough to play his style in the NFL. MerryOtter will have the same problem as he takes more abuse.

 The playing style certainly caught up to RGIII. 

 

 Though Marcus Mariota could have durability issues beyond his current injury,  I like his chances to avoid injuries better than RGIII because he's a more patient passer.

I'm not exactly sure how true it is but apparently someone spotted RG3 at the Jax airport...saw on Twitter. Could just be someone making it up though

I wouldn't worry about that. I wouldn't take RG3 if he was free.
