Adams.

But I don't see marone giving anyone the flexibility the steelers gave palamou.sp?

Especially not as a rookie. I'd love to see us draft someone ANYONE at ANY premium position that make an immediate positive impact.

I truly don't care if it's a de a te a rb lol idc

Quote:My dream would be trading back to 20, grabbing Lamp, then snag Feeney early in round 2. Albert-Lamp-Linder-Feeney-Parnell, both our lines would be set for years to come.

I think that would be just lovely.  I'm all for it.

Marrone will get his QB this draft! I believe Watson is looking like the pick!

Trade back to the middle of round 1 and grab Dalvin Cook, Cam Robinson, or OJ Howard

QB would be a surprise pick. But its probably gonna be Cook or Fournette

If we stay at #4, I still say it's Fournette. I don't buy Murray as a starter. He's way too inconsistent and he had a much better O-Line in Oakland than we have here.

Best pash rusher available.

If it isnt DL, RB, or QB. Malik Hooker wouldn't be a bad choice. His talent is worth taking him early. I think he would be better ballhawk than Gipson. Gipson complained last year that he hated playing top safety. He felt like a safety net. But if he plays it properly like Earl Thomas you can rack up interceptions. We need to get turnovers, not just  be a serviceable defense for our offense. Adding players that are around the ball all the time would be a good choice.

I really like what he brings to the field but he's such a raw, unproven prospect that taking him that high just isn't an option for me.

Because he's a pick based on upside, I'm sure his predicted draft area is different with every team, but I'd take him anywhere from mid Rd 1 on.
Coughlin when asked if winning will be a focus: "What the hell else is there? This is nice and dandy, but winning is what all this is about."

Patriots liked Brandin Cooks so may as well copy them.

I'm assuming Gipsons contract is front loaded like everyone else and can be let go without a big hit after two years. So drafting hooker and letting him sit behind Gipson for a year wouldn't be a bad move. I still like thomas more but hooker is definitely second on my list assuming Garrett is gone
