What gets me is, if the police stop you and find cash in your car, they can confiscate it and you can't get it back.


No criminal charges or anything. They just take the money, and it's legal.

And USAA just generally rocks. My husband works for local government and has an account with the credit union so when I get employed we will use the USAA account to put aside half of my pay for trips and stuff we want.
