Evaluate the 2015 draft class.

Quote:Koyack is on the PS, nobody is going to steal our 5th TE so it makes sense to stash him. I think giving him no grade is much fairer than saying it's an F. Perhaps it is a bit harsh, but does it really matter if it's F or blank? He's not of consequence to this team this year or moving forward We show less advertisements to registered users. Heck, I see team's 6th round picks not even make the roster that year. So it was OK to call him a "hidden gem" (and again, confirming that many including those within the organization had high hopes for MB) during camp based on his draft selection, but now that he's under performed (based on the same expectations) it's OK because of his draft selection? Sterling had low expectations. Koyack had low expectations. Bennett did not...regardless of where he was drafted. Maybe he fell more for other reasons and not necessarily because he was 3-tech pass-rushing tackle that no one else needed. Or maybe he just needs more time to develop.
I'm still hoping sample becomes legit. I have high hopes for him.
Cann is a good pick up, and yeldon also looks like a great pick. I also thought that Greene came on really well as the year progressed. I just want sample to be the answer at either safety spot... But his injuries this year made it impossible to tell. If Fowler lives up to his draft spot, this will be seen as a successful draft. We show less advertisements to registered users. He might not be the second round steal some thought we were getting, but for a sixth round pick he's done just fine. It's not like he's been a bad sixth round pick. If we actually had picked him in the second round then fine give him a D, but as a sixth round pick he's a C.

Or maybe he just needs more time to develop. - failed expectations - fell for other reasons and not because of need (indicating its more talent related than position) - need more ready If "C" is a satisfactory grade, how does he get that based on those three things you mentioned? Quote:I really don't know how anyone can be torn on Yeldon. Look at what he did with the terrible run blocking from this o-line, no fullback...and as a rookie. I swear people just expect every back to play like Barry Sanders. We have been spoiled at the RB position. Fred, MJD, Gerhart...
Make the Jags Great Again
Blake Bortles......YOU'RE FIRED! Dave Caldwell.....YOU'RE FIRED! Quote:We have been spoiled at the RB position. Fred, MJD, Gerhart... For me, it's not about being spoiled. Yes, Fred and MJD were absolute studs. And yes, I don't think the OL gave TJ a lot of room. I like TJ and think he'll be a 1k rusher once this OL is fixed. For me, its the value of the position. I believed (and still do) that this was a really deep RB class. I'm not sure I wouldn't take someone like Kikaha, Kendricks, Darby in that round 2 and "settle" for a RB later in the draft. Quote:- failed expectationsI honestly didn't watch him play enough to give him a grade, I was just stating reasons why he may have not met fans expectations.
Linder, Cann, Parnell, New Center(Mack?) and the Joke. I like this line a lot, and TJ will too me thinks. Cann will get more time in the weight room and this year helped experience wise. I see Tj breaking 1k next season with this line, assuming they are healthy for the majority of the season. Our offense really has no glaring emergency needs(Spare your LT overreaction, he had a bad game). Fix the D, O line stay healthy. TJ goes in next season!
It will be nice seeing 3 1k yarders next year (Allens, TJ)
Quote:Fowler/ n/a Super Early but after one year I would say Fowler Jr - N/A or Fail due to injury Yeldon- Good Cann- Slightly below average Greene - Above Average Bennett- Below Average Sterling - IR Kovack - Fail- resigned to PS. We'll know a lot more next year. If Fowler plays well and Yeldon improves, it will be a good draft class. If Fowler is a bust and Yeldon doesn't improve, it's a terrible draft class.
One of these years.............
