Poz is solid. He is a huge run stopper and knows how to read and studies. His on field play shows that. Granted he can't cover very well but plays his zone as good as most LBs that cover their zone. One thing that is at fault is him in the middle covering a TE on the edge cause just as soon as they cut out they're open but I blame that on the coaching for calling such stupid scheme. If he is out this weekend somebody better step-up and still keep IND under 100 yds. Mainly the front 4 to keep the O off the LBs. Telvin needs to stay outside so he doesn't get caught inside.

Jordan Tripp will likely get the start at MIKE. Truthfully, Posluszny might be an addition by subtraction. He's been one of the worst inside linebackers in the league the past couple years. "Poz" is bereft of playmaking ability and is pretty much a gang tackler. He tackles what he sees. The biggest loss will be his leadership and role as the on-field play-caller
