I Can't Defend Bortles Anymore

#21

Bortles will get better. So many positives for this season and his development. Its just pretty much laid out whats next to work on for him next offseason.

Can't wait to see whats next.

Why did we hire Greg Olsen? He's awful. The raiders fired him.

I've seen the positives, but frankly I feel it is to the point that the turnovers are outweighing that. He literally threw the ball right to Te'o. It's killing this team.

Oh you want Gabbert again?

Blaming Greg Olson now too who has turned the O around?

It was just a great play from the linebacker stop being so pathetic.

Nobody (and I mean NOBODY) should be blindly defended on this team........ including Blake Bortles. Has he had one game this year where he "didn't" have a pick? I'm sorry but those of you that tout him as a "franchise" QB...........you are going to rue the day you said that. He simply isn't that good. He is NOT Tom Brady, Aaron Rodgers, or any of the elite QB's. Frankly, I don't see him ever getting to that top tier level. NOT with this team.

Is Blake stupid?

He seems to make the same mistakes over and over and over again.

A cerebral QB he is not.

You can bet that Bortles will be working on his redzone efficiency this upcoming offseason.  That and if we can continue to bolster the O-line, that would make life easier for Bortles as well with a consistent rushing threat.

Doesn't really matter anyway. If this years improvement came about because he was getting sauced every night, I say we order him some more shots.

Bortles is terrible. He doesn't learn from mistakes. He's a knuckle head

The hate on Blake is idiotic. People who don't know football love to kick a qb when the team loses.

Thatv would be true.. if it wasnt the SAME thing, over and over.. bad decisions, bad throws... TUCK IT OR CHUCK IT.. instead of throwing the game away week after week.

I know.. this.
