Obama Administration Wiretapped Trump Campaign?

#21

Quote:This is from your linked article.

"Trump is a political and government novice, and this is not the first time he has put his complete ignorance of governmental laws on show for the world to see via Twitter. It would be in his best interests – and in the best interests of the country – for him to start educating himself on the laws and procedures that apply to the government he now runs.

After all, he did audition for the job."

I repeat, it is not in his best interest to pursue this, because then he will have to reveal why he or his associates got wiretapped.
You think Trump actually thinks before he speaks or tweets?

This whole situation is absurd. Claiming Obama wiretapped him?

Indeed. This guy has encapsulated it better than I can:

"He has gone on record, publicly proclaiming the existence of wiretaps on Trump Tower. Presidents do not have the authority to just create a wiretap on anyone by decree. You have to go to a judge and submit evidence strong enough to convince them to grant a warrant with specific targets, goals, limitations, and often supervision.

So, either the President is straight up lying on Twitter about a make-believe criminal incestigation against him, or a judge found probable cause of criminal activity strong enough to approve wiretaps in the most controversial circumstances imaginable. Both of these scenarios are damaging to Trump, and one is disastrous."

ORRR some liberal biased judge was asked by a corrupt government to do some shady things....

oooor a corrupt lame duck POTUS was trying to do some shady things...

oooor a corrupt NSA/CIA was trying to do some shady things.....

I mean... if We The People ever get the full truth on this stuff... you'd think we'd be watching House of Cards...

All of these scenarios should make Americans really think long and hard about their hardline political party stances.

We should realize that people who WANT to govern over other people tend to be power hungry and not actually care about people.

It's all about money and power on both sides of the aisles.. and these people are cut throat as they come.

If any of those scenarios are true, then I think we should all know about them.

But if this all goes away and Trump goes quiet, that will tell us something, too.

Right now, we don't know anything.   So I think it's up to Trump to either explain, or take it all back.

There was no evidence found of any Russian involvement. No one but the far-left believed there would be. The wiretaps happened for three reason: to find "dirt" on Trump, leak it, and hurt his chances in the election. They found nothing, as expected. This wasn't done in the name of national security. It was done to gain a political advantage in the election. After they found nothing and the wiretap grants were expired, they CONTINUED to spy on him even after the election.

No one, especially the Obama coalition, expected Trump to win. As a last gasp effort, Obama opened up all intelligence to the 16 agencies in hopes of leaking information that could slow down Trump. Trump now has full insight into the malicious acts directed by the President, and it is going to get ugly. Could Obama be the first president to be jailed?

I'm sure the Usual Suspects will ignore all this and continue to fluff their messiah.

Good lord. This country is so divided and screwed.
It's only going to get worse and when the stuff hits the fan in whatever fashion it does, it won't be #becauseobama or #becausetrump. It will be because the people of this country are allowing themselves to be played by their party of choice. We are purposefully being pitted against each other because the more we fight among ourselves the less we're paying attention to what they're up to, and what they're up to is no good.

Quote:No proof

Of course there is proof.  Most of the proof was published in liberal newspapers NYT and W Post.  Obama had 6 agencies tapping the Trump campaign.  That information was shared with the White House.  Obama's weasel-worded statement was not a denial.

Interesting.

I didn't set that narrative did I?

Of course I haven't seen a single article that states Obama was responsible. Quite the contrary everyone ( including Republicans) think Donald's off the rails here.

Coupled with the desire of most people to identify with a person or political party. Tribalism has become an increasingly substantial force in this nation over the last two decades. I write this as a watch a report on TV about Trump supporters and anti-Trump demonstrators clash in the streets. Get a grip, people.

Trump's campaign was wiretapped, maybe Trump himself. Results were released illegally to the NYT. If you want to believe that Obama was so uninformed that he didn't know about it beforehand, then you must be very naive.

The country has always been divided. The Confederate sympathizes didn't go away after the Civil War concluded, racists didn't disappear after the Civil Rights Act, anti-war people didn't disappear after Vietnam, Iraq, and Afghanistan.

So who tipped off Hillary Clinton that Trump's server was being wiretapped in October?
