Players who have pleasantly surprised you

TJ Yeldon (my prior fears listed below)

1) Injuries

2) His Oline in college was significantly better vs the competition and he was held to 4.4 yards per carry last year (nagging injuries were a contributing factory)

ARob

1) I liked his game at Penn State BUT as I stated before, the history of PSU WRs in the NFL is terrible. The WRs that JoePa recruited tended  to fit a slow ball controlled possession style game.

Young OLine (Cann / Linder / Bowanko)

Poz -- just seems like the D is better with him. Still has really good instincts.

DRob -- still think we need to get him out in the open instead of running him between the tackles.  May help to avoid injuries as well.

Nobody really.  Maybe Walters if that counts.  I was trending Greene, but then he had the injury and wasn't very good his last game.  Bortles, Robinson, and Hurns are doing well, but I think the thought was that they would.  Maybe they are a mild surprise in the fact that they are actually living up to their potentials.

Already knew about Burns. Guy is as clutch as any receiver.
