Pretty sure Garrard threw 4 against the Cowboys and ran for one and Henne threw 4 against the Texans 3 years ago

Bortles tied a franchise record throwing for 4 touchdowns. The only time in franchise history it happened was on November 29th 1998. Bortles was in kindergarten then.
