I think the best plan would be to stick with the Zone 3 Coverage as no one guy on the team really matches up well with Gronk anyways (except Poz but you dont want to lose Poz solely on covering Gronk every down).

Poz? Poz is the last person on our defense we eant matched up on Gronk. Poz is way too slow to even think about covering Gronk. If we could somehow get McCray on Gronk would be our best bet as he is our best defender man to man and also has the most size

Agreed about Poz, not sure about McCray.  I was thinking Telvin and our SS bracketing would be optimal.  Can't wait to see how we approach it.

if we double Gronk, yes Smith and Sample but if we blitz and need someone to cover Gronk man to man it should be McCray

Haha, not really that terrible of an idea for the red zone maybe.  Play a zone with Marcedes or preferably Allen Robinson on Gronk in the red zone.  Their sole responsibility would be to shut down the fades and jump balls to Gronk that he always wins.  Gronk is amazing, but he can't out jump Allen Robinson for a ball.  Let the safeties and LBs worry about the ins on the backline and slants.

I was thinking the same thing.  With the rule changes and the way the game is played today, that is the only reason i see Gronk staying dominant over his career.  He's no world beater but since you cant touch any receiver until they securely catch the ball or have a 80% chance of making the catch, he'll be worshiped by the new football generation.  He's big and strong and plays with Brady, Julian, and an offense that has the best route timing i've ever seen consistently.  Stop pulling the man's jock strp.

I can't be the only fan who worried about the possibility of losing in the fourth quarter with the score tied at 20. It was obvious  if we lost, the reason would have been giving Ryan Tannehill all day to throw.

No one said Arod is too small to win a jump ball versus Gronk. I'm saying its the dumbest idea I've ever heard to put Arod on D. Even If he wins 50/50 of the jump balls, and gets destroyed in the run game, hate to break it to Ya, the pats would pass/ run behind Gronk on every play.
