Love one group of fans calling another group of fans irrational for wanting change.  Seems to me its obvious who is more rational, the person wanting change from a situation were they are arguably watching the worst team out of 32 for 3 straight years, or the ones calling for calm and more of the same.

Even if we finish Sub. 300 this year I don't think the roster is in need of a complete overhaul. Good coaches get the best out of the players they are given. Let a coach work with what we got and build off of it.

Yeah true, I just meant it in the terms of we would be bringing in a new regime and they would be given their time to implement their roster, aka more "project/development" time

This one feels like a decent thread to bump up today. Win or lose, come the end of this game it's safe to say we'll have played a respectable game much more along the lines of what all us Kool-Aid drinkers expect to see this year.

All I heard when Gus and Caldwell arrived on this board was that 2015 was the year. This was said by many. Well so far not so good. Now people are saying 2016.

 

Head Coach Gus Bradley said that his team is already built to win the AFC South this year and he said that knowing of Fowler's injury, Thomas etc.

 

I think a few people are saying 2016 because they know that the team will have a healthy Marks, Thomas, Fowler, etc.
