Don't stop there. Go all the way up to ownership.  How many years is it going to take to be competitive again?  This roster sucks, flat sucks. I dont know how we evaluate the QB at all. 

This regime getting to make 2021 picks and it won't improve. These guys have a freaking outlier year in forever of ownership patience.

Preach brother preach! 100%. Honestly, how many of this roster look like someone who'll be here in 10 years. You could count on one hand. I dont see any player progress or improve, the system and style are the same EVERY WEEK even though it never works.

5 of his 1st round picks aren't even on the team. Taven is pretty much worthless. You can't build a roster when you whiff time after time in the 1st round.
