Landed back in U.S soil this weekend. This is for Leopold. I am so glad for you mon amie. You were right all along. You must feel so happy. What did you and the fam do to celebrate?

For good measure, another poke at that unchartedly awful noodle armed Teddy Bridgewater, with his laughable 11 win season and division crown, thanks to that superior Vikes D and ground attack. Next year, he'll aspire to top 1000. #JvilleSecuredness

Jest aside, it's a QB driven league. Blake Bortles' good stats were just too good to ignore, and he's a determined gritty orchestrator, clearly in ascent. Keep up the hard work, the results are coming. Go Jags

Honestly, i didn't do anything to celebrate because although i was right its not like i'm getting paid for my expert opinions on here. I do believe in blake talents and although i feel like sometimes people can be too harsh in their criticism of him but i'm glad the players can see the potential in his talents as well.

I hear you. Personally, I don't criticize Blake, I understand it's a process. He is 2 years in. More to come.

I also don't think overt praise is warranted as yet either. #s are awesome. But, play within the game, win, that's quarterbacking, to me. One is not a franchise QB if there are no wins to count. We are ALL just desperately hopeful at this point. Everyone. So let's give it time.

Congrats to Blake. Named at number 56. Not surprising.

NFL announced the team represented in 50-41, no A-Rob.

Crazy to think he's probably in the 30's then if that's true

The NFL said the teams whose players are between 50-41. No Jaguars, so A-Rob is going to be in the top 40.

Edit: I was on my phone when I sent that first post, probably should have added a bit more text.

Arob deserves to be in the top 30 at least

1400 yards and 14 TDs. You damn right he does!

Gotcha. Initially I thought you meant he wasn't going to be in the top 100 at all.

Which would be absurd

Statistically, I agree he should be there . But he won one on ones and it seemed like he won every jump ball. He earned Revis' respect after that Jets game. Don't remember how many catches he had on Revis, but he had a great game. He's a beast!

Robinson's numbers last year were as good as any year Bryant has had.

That wasn't my question.

Dez is ranked 51st, Arob could be in the 40s, 30s, or higher....

Does that really make sense?

Just another flawed voting system.

HOWEVER......

I'm glad our guys are getting some love from other players. That accounts for a lot, imo. I don't know if AR15 is actually better than Dez. I'd be very reluctant to say so. But on the other end I DO think Bortles is about the 11th best QB in the league, despite his knack for throwing INTs.

(Recently watched the Brett Favre marathon on NFLN, I think we'll be able to live with his INTs)

A healthy Dez last year with Bortles throwing to him on our team possibly eclipses his own stat highs....

Hell.... a healthy Romo and Dez last year might have done it. We don't know that.

Can't go off numbers alone. Surely the players aren't doing that when they vote?

Nah... injured players are oft-forgotten. Which is why Luck goes from top 20 to bottom 20.

It's why Dez is at 51 instead of top 20 (where he probably deserves)

Even still... this list means more, in my opinion, than the pro bowl.

I do. Not in run after catch ability, but robinson is better at pretty much everything else imo.

You remember the slogan for those trash bags? "Don't get mad, get Glad."

You need to chill and realize this list is based off of what they did last season. Robinson was better than Dez, period. Robinson actually plays the game with heart and for his team, while Dez looks like an everything is about me person. Just like Odell. We are very lucky to have 2 non diva stud wide receivers.

I think Dez is the more complete player right now, and seeing as I hate the cowboys, I almost vomit anytime I compliment that team or any of its players. But Dez is a top 5 WR.

Could Allen Robinson eventually be better? Definitely. He's what, 24 and already playing at the level that he is? He has the potential to be the best WR in the NFL IMO. He has the skill set to do it.
