I think Beadles could be traded. Miami wants him

Probably Bortles, because we got Tuel off of waivers.

Beadles & Toby both came to mind right away but even then I doubt they get cut.

Clay harbor had 4 catches in the last seven games. That was without Julius Thomas.

Quote:I know Marcedes Lewis' name pops up every year. I think he is safe because he is a great blocking TE.

Is there anybody that could be cut that we don't expect?

Actually, I havent seen Lewis blocked like he used to in a while now.

If you think I offended you, don't worry, I meant to. #facts

Quote:Gerhart is earning 2.5m this year. We could cut him and have no dead cap associated with his salary. That's crazy cheap.

That's Rashad Jennings money.

People on this board had The Horse going for 1800+ total yards last year.  I say we keep him until he achieves that goal regardless of how many years it will take.

I don't recall that. If true, I'm sure there was some level of sarcasm involved.

I found these:

http://jungle.jaguars.com/index.php?/top...%20gerhart

Quote:<div>
THE HORSE update:

vs Cowboys:  4 Carries for 2 Yards !!!

Season:  59 carries for 154 yards = 2.6 yards per attempt.

To reach Eric Dickerson's 2,105 single season rushing record, Horse would need 750 more carries over the next 6 games (assuming 2.6 YPA).

</div>

Quote:<div>
I think he could break a 1,000 yards.

Quote:I think he would be considered a bust if he doesn't.

</div>

Follow the hyperbole.

Sensible folks said less than 1000 would be a bust, and it's hard to find anyone who hasn't been disappointed in him.

Way to overstate things again, again Hurricane!.  Is that a Pitt thing?

I think Evans gets cut unless Sample has a setback. Loston seems to be doing well, might come down to special teams. Also don't count out Walters to make the roster, is like an Osgood player. AR15, LEE, HURNS, GREENE, ACE, WALTERS?

What helps Evans' case is that he can play both positions.  Like a swing tackle or interior lineman, that's a plus for depth in keeping him around.

That plus he has starting experience. Nothing wrong with keeping him as a solid back up that can man both positions.

Seriously I don't get why so many people are ready to push him out the door.

I guess they just assume we have some jar on the shelf waiting to take his place.

I am a big evans fan considering i a florida fan and i know this is his more natural position but just dont feel his health will be good enough long term to help the team

Roster rankings in June are almost completely pointless.

If Fowler Jr hadn't been injured I think Clemons might have been which would've been a surprise, but with Fowler Jr.'s injury they need Clemons to have the same production as last year.

I guess it depends on what is a surprise to you?

I mean if WR Ace Sanders or HB Storm Johnson is let go would that be considered a surprise.

To me the biggest surprise that might happen is if Zane Beadles was let go.

If twitter speculation is right, there may be a very unpopular one coming.

I hate twitter rumor.  I hope this is a case where it's all bogus.
