RGIII is way better but has no chance in that horrid system in Washington.
 

I don't know about that, but the way Kaepernick's contract is structured, they can move on from him pretty easily after this season if they want. The thing is he's not their biggest problem right now. He's certainly not the reason that Jim Harbaugh and some of their best players left the team. That's on Jed York.
