Gregory's had a concussion, ankle sprain, and knee injury throughout this past month. Going in they said he was ready to go, but from what I saw, his burst wasn't what it was and he wasn't playing as confident as he usually does. 

 

However Williams did look very impressive. He's a powerful player. Getting him would be wonderful.

I wouldn't judge Gregory off of one game. Odds are, getting hurt may be in the back of high profile players minds during bowl games and probably isnt the best time for draft judgement.

The more I think about this, I think the Titans will either take the QB or trade down with a team that wants the QB. That could be Cleveland and the sweetener could be Josh Gordon, since his days with the Browns appear to be numbered. It would not surprise me in the least if the Titans took the Browns two Rd 1 picks plus Josh Gordon in exchange for Pick 2.

 

What this means is it seems more than likely that the Jags will have the opportunity to draft Leonard Williams at Pick 3.

all season he has looked the same to me. very hesitant. doesnt have the mean streak of some of the other guys that you want at those positions.

Still there are flashes from Gregory that suggest that this guy will be a perennial double digit pass rusher in the NFL. Maybe not his rookie year because he is undersized at 245 lbs.

Forget scheme.  Williams is a baller.  He'll make plays no matter where along the dline he would play for us.  

 

This, this, and this. If Williams is there at 3, we take him. Forget all this crap about LEO, OTTO, and CORNELIUS (OK, I just made up that last one, but how's that any different for this coaching staff?). Just take him and sort out the scheme later. I mean, they created OTTO for Dekoda Watson, for goodness sakes! I'm sure they can think of something for a dominant talent like Williams.

Yeah the more I watch Gregory, the more hesitant I become of him. He seems like the typical guy who gets drafted because of his measurables..which I think to be good but not "freakish" good. I'm a bit concerned that he will struggle to shed blocks in the NFL and that he doesn't have a lot of moves. He'll basically be a one-trick pony relying on his burst...which hasn't bode well for a lot of pass-rushers who came in with similar traits.
