Please Explain Why Todman Is Still On The Team?

#41

Quote:Since you ignored the first post proving Todman is a good returner, I'll go ahead and do it again for you. Of returners who are full time returners (20 or more returns), he ranks 6th in average. In return yards, he's 2nd behind. In returns of 20+, he ranks first. Please explain to me how hes bad as a returner.
You shouldn't challenge someone that is clearly unarmed to a duel of wits.

What lies behind us, and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.

Quote:Are you trying to hit every cliché in the book or is it just a lucky coincidence?

Todman has only 17 rushes on offense so it's hardly as if he's hurting the team there and he's 6th in kick return average and rather importantly; hasn't fumbled once. Those are the actual facts, sorry if they conflict with the opinions you posted.

Add to that that he's a decent blocker and receiver (17 receptions to go with his 17 carries). He has value on 3rd and long.

He's a good football player. That's why.

The real reason is because this team is not talented. On most teams he would be a practice squad guy at best.  With our roster he plays every week

God, he really sucked on that catch and run didn't he? What the hell was he thinking taking a checkdown pass for 19 yards on 3rd and 7? What a scrub.

If only our "almost" catches are counted the way rocdee counts almost. Then that punt wouldn't have been blocked.

Don't get too excited. He did well on that run but it doesn't make up for the season-long blunders hes made.

I will say he deserves a shot to stay alive next training camp rather than being cut loose a day after this season ends.
