That has to be better than what we saw last week.  No Bradford at RT will be better than last week.

It would be even better with Bortles at QB

I agree but I don't foresee it happening this week.

I think we have a few weeks at a minimum before it becomes a serious consideration by Bradley and crew.

That one sack at the 2 minute warning before halftime was [BLEEP]. Washington were loaded up on the left side about to bring everybody but our whole line runs the other way blocking nobody. Somebody had to see those dudes coming.

yep, been trying to tell these guys, but rather than do the work and examine for themselves, they give the quick answer of "oh, it's the OL!!"

Line calls. The man in the middle is responsible, and it doesn't look like McClendon is up to the task at all.

I think Bowanko can make a huge difference for us if he plays well. Henne just has to get rid of the ball

it's mostly on the QB thats why they point out the MIKE, to identify the defense. actually it also depends on the offense. with us, Henne is responsible.

He's said as much in an interview a couple days ago that the line calls are his responsibility

2002 and 2005 were pretty bad for them.  But not as bad as that Jags line vs Wash. IMO.

'02 and '05 were the only years in that span that the tinhorns averaged 4 sacks per game. Obviously the Jags are on pace far 6+ per game at the moment.

Quote:The sad thing is, I don't remember Henne acting like Gabbert as in sacking himself a lot last year. He made a lot of boneheaded decisions, but it's like he's trying to throw himself out of the game at his point in time. I don't know. I haven't understood Jaguar football in over a decade (except for 2007) so who knows.
Quote:These last two made me cringe.  They 100% reminded me of Blaine Gabbert.

Wait....wait...wait...wait... Isnt that why the fanbase was stoning Gabbert? hmm..

He'll play backup to Young for the moment until he is used to the club and conditioning.  I'm guessing Pasztor starts the following week unless Young does really well.

Zane Beadles is not good at all. Its been extremely disappointing watching him get beat repeatedly especially since he was paid a large amount and is supposed be the Vet.

I'm sure some we'll say the oline as a group is bad and I agree. Far to often Beadles has been blown up or whiffed on 1v1's though. That just cannot happen if we have even a glimmer of hope of winning some games.

I hope he improves but I'm not holding my breath.
