Robinson beats out Todman in the running back battle

Storm has been a huge disappointment IMO.Storm Johnson is a seventh-round pick coming off his first training camp. He made the team; that's a huge accomplishment in itself. Quote:Denard "The Floater" RobinsonYeah, I'm not sure how a 7th round draft pick who actually makes the roster can be deemed a huge disappointment. Never argue with idiots. They drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

If something can corrupt you, you're corrupted already.

He wasn't able to keep Blackmon focused enough on his job to stay off the bottle and herb. That's a part of coaching as well, isn't it? Keeping players focused? Never argue with idiots. They drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

Keeping players focused? To be fair, Blackmon was an ace when he was on the field. He just had a deeper love in his heart. Mary Jane Daniels was her name I believe. I'm not blaming him for Blackmon's failures as a human being, but he wasn't motivated enough to focus on football. Never argue with idiots. I was hoping that D-Rob would win the supporting cast at the RB position. Given his elusiveness along w/his continued health w/respect to hanging on to the ball, D-Rob is a better fit as the back up to Gerhart...

Quote:Todman averaged 27 yards on kick returns last year, put up 154 all purpose yards on 25 carries and 4 catches in his only NFL start and he knows the system. That's why he has value to the team. Pshhhh, logic and what not...
Denard definitely deserves it. He actually played really well on special teams during the preseason, and as a RB, I like him as the change-of-pace to Toby. Just wish our offensive line had more talent. Atleast we know where the focus will go next offseason.
