manziel I guess would be the most likely to make teams regret passing on him. He's just too risky of a take if i was the GM.

Quote:The day before the draft? You have been saying that for weeks. Clearly you have had time. It is like everyone else is saying, you are just waiting til last minute so you can try to look smarter than everyone else. By the time the draft gets closer, everyone will have a better idea how everything will shake out. but since you waited until last minute you will try and tout what you say as you being smarter than everyone else who has at least been putting effort into it for months. Just do a Mock draft. take a rest from your dancing, and put up or shut up.

Gosselin don't release his mock drafts until the last minute.

Its completely stupid to rush out and do it before more info comes in.

We're laughing at you touting the fourth rated TE of the draft.

Other fourth's at their position:  Derek Carr, Bryan Stork  :whistling:

What information do we have on Niklas' bloodline?

Never argue with idiots. They drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

Quote:I can see why you might make that correlation, but Niklas was underutilized in ND. He has some of the best hands of the TE crop this year. Marcedes, clearly doesn't have that.

A better comparison for Niklas or what he will become, is Jason Witten.
Actually, Marcedes Lewis cracked the first round in no small part because he improved his hands so much as a senior, and hauled in 58 receptions with 10 touchdowns. His NFL Draft Scout profile actually cited his receiving ability as a strong positive, with his so-so blocking as a negative. But go ahead and live on in your fantasy world where Lewis and his 58 senior-year receptions were drafted in one despite being a poor receiver, and Niklas, who caught all of 37 passes during his entire college career will be Jason Witten.

Sticking with the DT position I will say Princeton DT Caraun Reid is another guy that will end up being drafted later than he should be.  I don't think he's reached his potential and he showed up well against decent competition at the Senior Bowl.  He has the size you want at the position too.  I hope he's still available with one of our mid round selections and we can pick him up.

wow, I used to think you were somewhat intelligent. If that boring old comeback amuses you, I need to rethink my opinion.

Oh yay, as if that matters.... Rolleyes

Remind me how many catches per season Keith Jackson averaged at Oklahoma, and then how many he had as a rookie.

Less than 45 minutes ago, you posted this:

This is all you do, stalk and insult with 1 or 2 liners. You bring nothing to the table of football talk with your posting, ever.

Just like in Lean On Me where the principal rids the school of the worthless students, the powers that be on the board need to get rid of all posters like Tommy that have just about all of their posting history full of nothing but examples of the above type posts.

People may not like me, but at least I bring football talk to the table.

The above post is complete garbage.
Where's Morgan Freeman when you need him?

Psst... Gosselin hasn't done them for years.

Quote:ok, so once again, you differ from everyone else in the country, so lets see YOUR rankings, or YOUR mock draft, or YOUR projected desired jags selections at the least.

Another unanswered call for the infamous TMD "rec" list 2014.

It's obvious he's ducking this one for good.  The draft is two weeks from today and it looks like he's running for the hills again.

I was unaware he stopped doing that. Thats too bad. They were good reads. He would issue 3 mock drafts within the last 2 weeks of the draft. 1 would be based on pure talent (BAP), the other would be need, IIRC, and the last one issued a few days prior to the draft would have his picks for each team based off of inside sourcing. The final one was usually very accurate.

Pretty sure Pirkster is one of the guys that pointed this board in Gosselin's direction in the first place, so you probably don't need to explain that to him.
