Prices starts at $450 per seat for the silver package.  The front row package starts at 2K but they sold out almost immediately.  For all I know all the VIP packages are sold out by now.  Demand will be high because this is his only show in Florida.  The public seats go on sale on April 25th.  Good luck!   Smile

I'm starting to wonder if the song "Live and Let Die" was written for people's wallets..

I had the opportunity to meet Sir Paul and subsequently see him again a number of times.  When he was still courting his current wife he would stay at a particular hotel in NYC when he came to spend time with her.  I was performing in the hotel bar regularly at that time. he would come in for a cocktail - wait to the end of our set and come up to greet the band.  Super kind and friendly.

We had the occasion to sit and have a drink with him one night and enjoyed hearing a few stories, anecdotes and pearls of wisdom about the music business.  I'll never forget the night he entered the room from the door behind my performing position  - he snuck up behind me and goosed me in the ribs!  Imagine my surprise when I turned expecting a hotel staffer or close friend and locked eyes with McCartney!

Lol. He's such a joker! He goosed me once, but a leetle lower, if you know what I mean (wink, wink).

Oh wait, that was Paula McCartney. An actor who performed in a stage rendition of Rocky Horror Picture Show. Nevermind!

But seriously, that is a cool story NYC. You must have made an impression with him.

That is awesome. Color me envious.

I did some work in the music industry a while back. Claim to fame? Meeting and hanging a bit with Ozzy, the Crüe, Allman Bros, J.Geils to name a few.

I'd trade them all for a beer and chat with Macca.

Performing in front of McCartney himself?  No pressure there I'm sure!  Smile

I'm condescending. That means I talk down to you.

Cool story.

You should have cracked out a Beatles cover with a little twist.  Something like "Hey Dude" would have gone over well, I'm sure.  Wink

Very cool. I forget who it was, but I remember someone who met Paul McCartney saying that he is very gracious and patient, and that he understands, without arrogance, that for many people meeting him is a high point of their lives, and he makes sure it is a moment they will remember fondly. Not every celebrity gets that.
