So instead of a Clowney/Bridgewater/Mack/Watkins order I think it becomes a Clowney/Mack/Watkins/Bridgewater for me.


Not a whole lot of stock in a Pro-Day unless it looks really bad but most QBs complete 99% of there pro-day passes. Maybe the gloves really do make that much of a difference but surely Teddy would have practiced without them if he knew he might be asked to remove them.

People just got enamored with his stats and his supposed poise. But he was playing patty cake teams while padding stats. This just got real and he shriveled under under-ware practice lights.

I didn't think it was a big deal, but I was with him that none of the QBs should be taken in the top 10 so it really didn't matter to me.

 

These guys are developmental QBs. Some of them wont take long to develop, but they will need time to develop nonetheless.

Don't think I'm on the bridgewater wagon...but I have stated if you feel he is franchise level you have to take him @ 3.

 

Counterpoint, however, if he plays good with gloves why make him take it off during games?

I'm not backing teddy but it's just funny to see you bash the guy so quickly but you make fun of others backing Teddy quickly too.

I would agree if the guy did what he was expected to do. Looking "average" at a pro day is not expected. This will hurt him if its true

He is still the only player in this draft that I would at 3.

That I don't know.



He basically bypassed the combine and put all of his eggs into the pro day work out. This is another reason why I don't understand why players skip throwing at the combine because you've limited your opportunities if you have a bad showing.

I don't think they are off on their evaluation. He is the most pro-ready QB in this draft. However, I think all the QBs in this draft class need a least a year or two to develop. 

 

I don't think any of them are ready to start. And Bridgewater isn't even my favorite QB in this draft.

Ya that one play means he chucks it up at random and that play was on 3rd down so it would have been a punt even if it got intercepted. Trying to make a play is a negative I guess

If that's your logic you must not watch very much football. There was more than one play he chucked it up
