Quote:Love for a head coach is way overrated. No one loved Coughlin and I'll gladly take those results. And sports history is full of similar examples of coaches who weren't loved by their team but still managed to get the most out of the players.I absolutely agree.... He just didn't get it done.. However...I'm not convinced given another year that he wouldn't We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today!
Quote:why did you write this in haiku formWhy? Searching for SOMETHING entertaining... It's.... Entertaining no? Lol
Quote:Why? I don't like haikus.
Quote:No, I don't. No matter how badly we beat Houston, if we did, Gus is still what he is and we will never reach the Super Bowl with him at the helm.Good point. I would ask the same question... But after I jumped up and down pumping my fist in the air... Go jags We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today!
I was at where the OP is now last year. I was all on board to give him this year to prove it. He didn't prove it. He's toast to never be a head coach at this or most likely any other level than maybe high school. Probably not even there. He bad, very bad.

There is no scenario where I want this coaching staff back next year. None.

He's toast to never be a head coach at this or most likely any other level than maybe high school. Probably not even there. He bad, very bad. He should never have gotten a fourth year. Years 1 through 3 were quite enough to see that he'd never get the talent level on any team to achieve beyond its base abilities. He's continued to show that in year 4 as talent is squandered and the team shows up for game after game woefully unprepared to possibly succeed. It's become chic around here to place blame on Bortles, but the texans are getting even worse QB play than the Jaguars and they're in position to win the division.

It's my natural and probably the biggest reason why I have successfully operated a small business for two years. That being said, I've fired people when necessary... Maybe I just believe he COULD be the right guy... We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today!
Quote:You should be certain of whom you belittle. Well Bradley makes millions, that doesn't change the fact that he is dumb and horrible at his job. Khan doesn't have a clue about football. Caldwell is average. Next time just don't start threads as stupid as this one, if I remember correctly this isn't your first, you've made several, all were crap. I am a fan, not a cheerleader.
Quote:Blake is not about to be outdone as the worst QB in this game. stay tunedLol.....Oh yeah????? I'm tuned in... We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today!

Quote:Every jaguars fan... Suffers now .If they love him that much they should be playing lights out all year. Love for the coach is not winning games. Coach's love for the players isn't winning games. It's like the song from way back in the day, All You Need Is Love, is a big fat lie. Just like all you need is motivation, or better coaching, or natural ability or a host of any other things. You can't have just one thing to win, you have to have a combination of things. If you lack just one thing on a team everyone suffers, in this case it's a losing season the likes of which I don't know that this organization or the fans have ever seen. And no, I don't want Gus back.
I hate your syntax.
