In all fairness HOV is the GOAT of rap, I can't think of one other rapper that should be considered such.

Windows 8 is great

Legalize all drugs.  Increase the gas tax ten times, dump the money into public transit, all metropolises should have effective rail service.  No special consideration for college athletes, if your can't get in on your academic ability then you don't get in.

Do you have children? If not, your input on this topic should be taken with more than a grain of salt. I put myself in the same category, btw. I have seen parents who I thought did everything right and one or more of their children turn out rotten, and I have seen parents who I've thought did a horrible job of parenting yet their kids turn out just fine.
