I wouldn't resign anybody but I would re-sign the following in no particular order.

There may be a couple of others, but it all depends on what they want vs. what the team is willing to pay.  There are really not any "must have" players on the list.  A lot of people say Grant, but his position and skill set (in my opinion) is pretty much "a dime a dozen" and can be addressed in the draft.
