Top 10 Most Disappointing Free Agent Signings of 2016 - 2 Jags included

#41

Well it really sucks if these are the two most disappointing because they're also our best two FA signings.

If I had to pick FAs to be disappointed in so far, I'd go with Ivory and Prince.

Prince? He's been 2nd best cb on team in the 2 games he's played. I've been impressed with him especially in the Packers game. Very tight coverage

I think the problem lies within your comment. As a guy who came in with injury concerns, missing 2 of 4 games isn't reassuring.

It's an interesting argument. Is Prince a disappointment because he's been injured and out 50% of the games thus far. Or, is Prince a good find because he's played solid, 'mistake-free' ball when on the field?

I have been extremely happy with the way Prince has played. I really hope he can stay healthy though, because I do not want to see House on the field for extended reps again.

Call me crazy here folks, but I kinda want to wait until at least December before I start "judging" draft picks and Free Agent signings. I know, I know, it's crazy and some will even say that I've lost my passion for football but I kinda want to get a better idea of the whole picture before I start doling out the kooky nicknames and referring to human beings as "garbage", "trash" and even "hot garbage trash".

...but that's just me.

I'm trying to make myself more informed and less opinionated.

Stop saying whatever stupid thing you're talking about and pay attention to all the interesting things I have to say!

With Colvin back, he may be relegated to Nickel downs in that situation. (House)

This is ridiculous. We are like a struggling doctor, no patience. Don't bring any patience around this place.

Man I loved Deon Grant on the team. Thought he was extremely underrated. `

The team made a huge mistake in letting him go after 2006.

Malik is obviously worse than that guard we got from the cowboys. I mean he's solidified the offensive line.

Prince doesn't have the contract to be a FA bust/disappointment.

I haven't been disappointed in any of ours this offseason yet.

Well put. Ivory couldn't possibly be less productive. I mean it's almost statistically impossible for him...

Quote:Malik and Tashaun have both played fine so far this year. Dumb idea to do a list 5 games into a season.
Exactly, after reading this, I didn't bother to read the link.  No need this dude is a [BLEEP].  Malik has been getting a lot of pressure just no sacks.  Also Gipson has been a good FS.  Now if you want to point out Julius Thomas from 2015 then I am all ears.

Tweet from Brian Jackson (@WJXTBJackson) - Bradley: When you don't hear a lot about explosive plays up the middle that's a credit to FS Gipson. #Jaguars @wjxt4

After a month of football? That's insane. I think the defense overall has played just fine this year despite being placed in bad positions at times thanks to our offensive let downs. I think Ngackoue and Fowler would disagree with Jackson being a let down. His job is to create space and free guys up with a big push up the middle and collapsing the pocket, etc. I think he's done decent at that so far. Gipson registered a pick as well. I haven't seen him get beat at all this year. It's been mostly House and Cyprien who I've seen get beat up on.
