I like finding meals between meal times.


Like today, I found one between lunch and my mid-afternoon snack.


Sure, it was only a donut, but it's still relevant.

We went to a Golden Coral once. Thought steak was the answer. I was wrong.

I have a dish where I take some chicken, sprinkle some oregano or basil on it, wrap the whole thing in bacon or some other form of pork and stick the whole thing in the oven for 25 minutes. Serve with your choice of vegetables.

That's the best part of a cruise, the non-stop food.  A second lunch on the pool deck mid-afternoon, something off the buffet carving station two hours after the NY strip dinner, a hot fudge sundae or pizza at midnight.....
