I don't see how Henne would have been much worse over the past 3 seasons. I think he could have won 11 games and we could have Khalil Mack.

Nothing hindered the offense and team more than the inability to sustain drives with basic completions, the inopportune turnovers, and worst of all, the seemingly weekly pick sixes.

Now that Dopey Gus is gone, Bortles is the primary thing holding this team back from winning games.

this board is very light compared to tons of others.   And yes cowboy fans are very emotional. And wouldn't care about fantasy stats if their qb averaged 4 wins a year over 3 years.  Tony, Zack who ever.  They want him gone like yesterday.

While I'm not for drafting a QB in the first round this year, I've got no problem drafting one every year in later rounds, like the fourth.

Well, we haven't really seen what Allen can do. Next year, if Bortles falls flat, we should have no reservations about giving him a shot.

wouldn't want to mess up the shot at the top pick in next year's draft when there will be a larger number of QB's coming out... (yes, a bit of sarcasm there.... I hope we don't get anywhere in the top 8 picks next year but if it happens... best case scenario... nab one of the top QB's...)
