Even if he was sober as a judge, killing someone driving 156 mph is in and of itself grounds for some sort of jail time. Just shouldn't happen ever on a public street. Fly to Germany and drive the Autobahn if you're that addicted to speed.

As I said, I think he gets the minimum and is back in the League in a few years. Maybe he does more time, but I kinda doubt it, the laws are just different for those people.
