lol so true. I would feel great if we could get a win against both.

Yup, beat the stinkin' tacks and the lost horns...the rest would just be a bonus.

They already did.   Big Grin

Oh, yeah.

But they only did that in order to set our hopes up like a cheap piñata.

I like having the bye week now to reflect on the first half of the season. I think this team is going to keep playing hard week in week out for Pederson.

As a fan, I always hate our BYE week. But yeah, it's a good time to have it - middle of the season and the team just won a tough game at home after traveling to London. Good time to give them a week off.

From what I've seen, the offense has improved and the defense has regressed. The Jags should have 10 more sacks than they currently do, which tells me all I need to know.

The bye week gives them extra time to prepare for Lamar Jackson, who is the type of QB to give them fits.

An inability to get the QB on the ground...and poor tackling beyond the line of scrimmage is killing this team. It won't get fixed with a week off, but maybe they can patch a hole or two.

Brandon Scherff is no longer that dude.   Next season I want him gone.

Yeah. Caldwell was better during free agency than Baalke.

Dave was horrible at the first round, but decent with the rest of the draft and better than average with free agency. The jury is still out on Baalke's drafting (at least his history with the Jags), but his free agency is mediocre at best. His trading isn't the best.

And if we take away the free agents that made up that 2017 defense, what did he really do. Caldwell was garbage. The most impressive thing he did was getting draft comp for Blaine Gabbert.

I’m definitely disappointed in the returns of defensive free agency, but I think Kirk was a good signing on offense.

Biggest disappointment for me is griffin. We gave him a lot of money, but he has been totally average. He has dropped several huge potential ints, and his coverage always seems to break down with the game on the line.

The Griffin signing was bad.

This year however, the Oluokun and Fatukasi signings were a major reason we went from 24th against the run to 9th.
Both of those were great adds.
