Resurrect Vince Lombardi and have him as HC, Coughlin can be OC, bring in Belichick as DC. Superb Owl!

 

Oh and replace Oesher with John Madden.

Coughlin had his chance here. He failed to lead us to the promised land. Also left the team in a horrible position roster and salary cap wise.
