Michael Bennett takes a cheap shot at us

Quote:Exactly.

He acts and talks like he is HOF, He clearly thinks he is one of the top 3 DE's if not the best.

He has 45.5 sacks in 9 seasons.

Ryan Kerrigan has 58.5 in 7 seasons and I never see him talking [BAD WORD REMOVED] or acting like an idiot.
Mama raised Ryan right lol

Imagine that, an undrafted free agent averaging 5 sacks per year, going to the pro bowl 2x and not being in the top 3 of DEs.

Ryan Kerrigan was drafted in the middle of Round 1.

You all are awfully sensitive worrying about simple comments from players.

Ryan doesn't say this.  Ryan doesn't say that.  Ryan Ryan Ryan.

He has a right to say it and I have a right to think he's an idiot. You seem to get more upset with people not liking his opinion than those that don't like what he said.

Also, it was you that made it sound like his stats weren't easily reproducible. Don't freak out when someone shows you someone better.

Nah, I just don't like seeing our fans cry.

I thought this was the guy from Ohio State who played for us. Didn't know there was another MB. I don't watch the Seahawks unless we play them. Lol

Yes, Gabbert beat them.

The Bucs had 7 turnovers.  Gabbert threw for 217 yards, 2 TDs, 2 Ints, and had 2 fumbles.  Good day for Blaine.

We have come a very long way at the QB position…

That was the WORST QB period for, arguably, any NFL franchise - very Cleveland Browns-esque.

Michael Bennett looks like the guy Sydney and Billy hustled on the court who went to get his gun.

All these sports talk tv shows have all sorts of 'click bait' type people.

I'm sure there are plenty of tools just like this guy that never get the chance to get in front of the mic.

That is what it has become.  Too much news cycle stuff for my liking.  I guess it beats salary cap economics 101.

The Jags have 22 wins in the last 6 years which is an average of 3.7 wins per season. There's no such thing as a cheap shot during that timeframe.

No, we don't lose most of our games by 50 points, that part is incorrect; however, it is true that we are consistent losers. As such, we are easy targets for any 'cheap shots' from players on teams with better records. So be it. If the players on this team don't like it, then the thing to do is to start winning and winning big. Winning says it all... all the other 'stats' mean zip if we're losing games. Bringing back TC is the first tangible thing that Shad has done here to try to make the team better. All the other stuff has been and is nothing but a distraction from how awful the team has been.

So, until this team starts winning, the team (who deserves the abuse) and fan base (who deserves sympathy) will continue to be everyone else's punching bag.

...welcome to the NFL.

Let's get some facts straight. Since 2000, only four regular season games have been won by a margin of 50+ - the Jaguars played in none of them. Drop the limit to 40 points and the numbers go up a bit. 37 games now match, and three of them involve the Jaguars.

Only they won two of those.

The teams you're most likely to beat by 40+ are Arizona and Chicago, tied on four losses by that margin.

Maybe 30 is the magic number? No. Jaguars are 22nd for losses by that margin.

In short, Bennett is an ignorant fool with a mouth bigger than his talent.
