Why wouldn't this trade have happened during the draft? The Eagles gave up that much and don't know which QB will be available yet. I'm sure there were other teams in the mix and it probably forced the issue now, but this seems like desperation on the part of the Eagles to me. Makes for good drama though.


Cleveland making what appears to be a good move for once. Probably means whichever QB goes second will wind up a hall of famer though.

I did not realize how dire The Cowboys DE situation was as well. Bosa looks likely to be on their radar unless hes simply just not highly regarded. Actually, looking at how thin the Cowboys are at DE, Bosa should be the pick. 

 

Mack or Ramsey look the most likely. However, it does not fix our pass rush situation. While I'm not a big trading up fan, I would not be opposed to a trade up in the 2nd for a DE like Spence. Even if the Jags have to take a risk and fail, I think its pretty imperative we atleast make an attempt to improve it in the first 2 rounds.

If that's true, they are down Hardy (cut), Randy Gregory has been suspended for the first four games, now Lawrence.

 

It seems like it is screaming for them to take Joey Bosa.

I guess the Eagles feel pretty good about either one of those QBs. Wouldn't surprise me if they called the Rams and asked them which QB they are picking. Probably sealed the deal for them.
