This is my window. Granted I live in a below ground apartment, but the window sill is approx 6" off the ground. And you can see how deep it's getting by the ruler.

Quote:No, I haven't seen them call it for here. They have for some southern parts of Georgia though, Valdosta, Brunswick.
Just had a shot on the news that there are snow flurries on the southside.

January is month 1.

Add 9 months.

9 + 1 = 10 (i.e. October).

We got a good day of icing yesterday here in central North Carolina then a dose of snow today. Our power went out yesterday for several hours which was fine until it started getting pretty darn cold in the house. As soon as we bundled in layers and got comfy to chill on the couch the power came back on. My husband ran the heat higher than normal in case we lost it again at some point. There were a lot of people without it.

Some of my friends have had it off and on.

I was thankful for our rain barrel so we had water to fill buckets so we could flush the toilet. Yellow is mellow but brown goes down. Also have oil lamps for light and camp stove to reheat chili I had cooked the night before in the crockpot. Everyone was going nuts with bread and milk and we were feasting on chili and homemade cornbread with beef jerky and protein bars for snacks. Oh, and rum and eggnog.

That would be 2 weeks late. Doctors don't like it when women go over 40 weeks.
