Telvin Smith Is Not Human

Quote:Yes, that's it. I expect the entire team to just quit trying because 2 players are injured.. Totally..
That is exactly the way you are coming across.

These guys are all professionals and they're never going to just quit. They wouldn't have gotten to this level if that was the case, as you and I both know.

What we also know is, there's no help coming for the rest of this season and this team is going to live and die by the Offense right now, period. As it has all season long.

Telvin is easily one of our best players, I'm sure we both agree on that. I just really don't think a beat up Telvin is going to make, or break this team over the next 2 games.

Winning out is always the best, but this team hasn't had as much momentum as they had going into that Falcons game and look what happened.

So if Telvin is cleared to play you want him to sit out because we lost our momentum?

There is no logic behind that other than saying they should give up trying to win games.

Sure is looking like they're folding it in doesn't it? Smart decision for them not to play, whether they were cleared or not. Sit em for the last game also.

Rollover for Ramsey

edit: And no, I didn't want Telvin to sit because of the momentum. I wanted him to sit because I don't want to risk further injury to one of our star players in two games that are/were pretty much meaningless.
