Wisconsin just got hosed by one of the worst calls I've ever seen.  Punt returner was clearly waving his arms low to tell his players to get away.  He picks it up, runs it for a TD but the refs called it back saying illegal fair catch called.

 

If we find out later thats the actual rule and any sort of arm waving, even when you do it low to signal get away, is considered a fair catch then thats the worst rule in the book.
