It doesn't matter who the worst player is, Gus will reward them with a locker room pizza party as long as he competes and gets better. For those who demonstrate their spirit, extra pepperoni and each player that trusts in the process gets an order of cheese bread and a 2 liter of their favorite soda pop.

Andre Branch.
Andre Branch is the most inept defensive lineman I have ever watched play. He literally has zero moves. I have to wonder what he (and his teammates) must think watching game tape and seeing him run directly into the tackle and flail his arms EVERY PLAY. It's embarrassing. Quote:Andre Branch. He plays like one of those whacky waving inflatable arm flailing tube men.

This offseason I was convinced Andre was not going to make this year's 53-man roster. I was wrong about that, although I still maintain he shouldn't have. He certainly didn't do anything in the scrimmage or preseason games prior to his knee injury. But the team gave him the benefit of the doubt and wasted a roster space on him until he healed up. Now that he's active, they have an even more promising young DE in Chris Smith relegated to the inactive list each week, and yet he's still doing little more than wasting space when he does get on the field. After three games, Branch's stats total two solo tackles, and nothing else. More to the point, the defense overall has looked worse than ever since Branch was declared healthy.
