Plain yogurt with blueberries, granola and a swirl of honey added is a staple of my diet.

As for Burger King, there are worse choices for fast food.

What up HB!

I'm doing ok, I've mentioned it in the Ode thread a few times but it's been a challenging year. This is year 9 of a 10 year expansion plan and just as things were looking green lighted I got some really bad news, that might jeopardize that plan. Not too mention it created a lot of extra responsibility on my end.

It was also one of my more difficult growing seasons, things are all wrapped up now but I estimated about 6 tons of crop lost to circumstances. That's farming though.

But I'm relatively healthy and my son is adjusting to high school pretty well, and I have a couple of awesome vacations coming up so all in all it could be worse.

How about yourself? Seems like you've been busy!

Quote:Haha I'm a pretty avid runner..

That's awesome. I'd never worry about what I'm eating if I could maintain that.

I was actually about that exact size at one point in my life but it sure wasn't from running haha.

Just because I'm curious now, what would be your last meal?

Tough call, but I'd have to say a good Spanish paella and some freshly baked bread.

It's not easy.. I find it especially hard after night shifts, typically because I only sleep for around 3 hours in between night shifts Undecided

I'd pick Golden Corral, the buffet never ends.

Paella is a rice based dish with everything but the kitchen sink thrown in. It's got shrimp, mussels, calamari, chicken, roast pork and chorizo.
