I actually feel horrible for him.

He gave it everything he had.

And there's just about no way he doesn't get fired.

I'm just not 100 % sure it's his fault

Even the commentators were saying Hopkins had to work hard to get open today. House had good coverage but Nuk was just making ridiculous contested catches. Top 5 WR.

he had real tight coverage on those two TDs

We're 1-5 so I expect these reaching threads but one bad game vs one of the better WRs in the league doesn't mean you suck. House is a solid corner.

The coaching on this team is so atrociously bad from Bradley on down to the assistant waterboys coach that, with a few exceptions (guys who shouldn't have been on this team in the first place), I'm having a hard time giving up on anyone.

House should be our 2nd corner.

People said our secondary was fine but its the opposite.

We need to draft Vernon Hargreaves III

Hes actually not bad... Against tge second or third reciever. He had decent position most of the game. Hopkins is a manchild. They should have slid tge safety over the top. Tgey have no other recievers.

He got toasted a lot today.

But, he's also the only CB's name you hear called for positive plays too.

Hopkins was fantastic. But house was clearly overmatched. And no adjustment was made. Where did McCray go, that guy loved stuff like matching up on the others teams #1

Yes, it's improvement, but it's Blaine Gabbert 2012 level improvement. - Pirkster

I believe House is a pretty solid corner. But today they needed to double one of the better receivers in the game and force someone else to beat you other than Hopkins
Reply

House got beat ALOT today but with no safety help or straight up doubles.  Name 5 CBs who will shut down Hopkins.  He's not the best but He Good.
