Gators about to run away with SEC East

#41

Quote:LSU is the big one. The Tigers actually have a running back to worry about and play at home.

Georgia lost to Tennessee, right? That tells me we should win on Halloween.

LSU is a big game for obvious reasons.

Even after the loss of Grier, if UF plays a competitive game win or lose and win out they are a shoe in for the Conf game.
Whether someone has a liberal, or conservative viewpoint, a authoritative figure should not lock a thread for the sole purpose to get the last word in all the while prohibiting someone else from being able to respond.

Of course winning will be much harder now without #7. If Treon Harris gets hurt, we are toast.

We'll see how good McElwein really is if he can coach Treon up

We already know he is much better than Muschamp.

You had to post this didn't you !!!

This is equivalent to the announcer stating a kicker is 18 for 18  inside the 35 yard line right before he botches the kick

He will.
Coughlin when asked if winning will be a focus: "What the hell else is there? This is nice and dandy, but winning is what all this is about."

Theres no point in arguing with Sosa. The gator homer is strong with this one.

Yeah Treon was solid tonight. Not so worried about them anymore. I think they definitely take the east and meet LSU for the rematch.

I think they showed a lot last night. Watching it off and on it seemed like lsu was going to break it loose on them, but they managed to keep it close. Florida is going to be fine going forward without grier. Also really surprised to how that team has responded to the coaching change.

A healthy Dalvin Cook is going to have something to possibly say about that for sure.

Dalvin Cook has carried that team. He's a monster.

Just like LSU, stop him, you win.

That's right, I forgot we don't play the Seminoles this year. Weird that they'd change an every year thing though.

Oh, you guys are going by just division wins. Sorry I was thinking big picture. Like win out, beat LSU/Bama in the title game, then hopefully be high enough for playoffs?

I wasn't thinking of just half assing it into the SECCG then that's our season.

We play them on Nov 28.

I get "big picture"...but your reply was to a post about a matchup with UF and LSU in the SEC game, that's why I was wondering what he would have to do with that game.

I texted a buddy about 5 minutes before half when LSU went up 21-7. Said they needed to get Ol' Mo' back. They scored to cut the lead to 7 before half.....but let LSU scored again quick to make it 28-14. I thought the game was going to get out of hand, or had that potential at that point. Played a really good second half minus that FG.

1.) non conference games dont count toward the title game.

2.) even a 2 loss sec champion probably makes it to the 4 spot.

3.) if they did that to founette in the second half do you really think were worried about dalvin cook?
