Quote:I know they are both listed at 6'5" 245 lbs, but Cam seems bigger on TV than Blake does to me. I don't know how comfortable I'd be with him risking his body like that. I think we'll see improvement in the red zone this week. They've made it a focus aparently in practice and Julius should be back the following week against Houston.
Cam has Leftwich toothpick calves.

But I sort of agree with OP, I'd love to see the offense get a little more creative on the goalline. If you don't have a good goalline option on the field, then you have to find non-conventional ways to get into the endzone so you can open stuff like that up

THERE IS A SKELETON INSIDE OF YOU.

RIGHT NOW. THIS IS NOT A JOKE.

In the red zone I'm more interested in seeing solid execution rather than trickery or creative calls.

When Julius comes back we can make this assumption.
Your beliefs become your thoughts,
Your thoughts become your words,
Your words become your actions,
Your actions become your habits,
Your habits become your values,
Your values become your destiny.

Execution has been a huge flaw so far, but at some point the players need to make plays beyond the X's and O's. Those game changing plays are missing. That is what MJD, Taylor, Jimmy, Keyshawn, and all did. At times, they plays that you just have to watch in awe.

Every team/player makes execution mistakes, at some point you just have to make a play. They are not making those plays right now at all, much less consistently. That is what is most frustrating for everyone.

Also, this is not a "backhanded" attack on Caldwell. It is quite nearly impossible to predict which rookies will be the ones to make those plays. If you could, all the best players in the game would have 1st round picks. It is not that easy to prognosticate.

That's pretty much it in a nut shell. Too many mistakes and not enough plays.

But lets not forget how quickly that switch can kick in. In 1996 we went from a team that couldn't figure out to not trip over themselves to a 9 game winning streak.

It's a very similar situation.

Who's this Julius you speak of?

Titansequaltrash aka my mini me. Follows me around like a cute puppy dog.
